At Project Polly, every item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. This made-to-order approach helps reduce waste and ensures each piece meets our quality standards.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
During periods of high demand, new product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
Canada 4–10 Business Days
United States 5–12 Business Days
International 7–20 Business Days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Project Polly is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered production or shipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Project Polly is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local government.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
